The first Lacecap hydrangea has coloured.
The colour will be more blue than now.
Today we could have seen a total lunar eclipse but
it’s raining tonight so….
The last one was in 2018.
I wonder when the next one will be.
額紫陽花が色づきました。もっと青くなるでしょう。
今晩スーパームーンの皆既月食が見られるはずだったのに、
雨で。。。前回は2018年。次はいつでしょう。

There are many English names for Dokudami.
Fish mint, fish herb, fishwort, lizard tail, chameleon plant,
heartleaf, bishop’s weed…
I like heartleaf.
I cut bunch of Dokudami in my garden.
I put them into a bin pouring white liquor to make
insect repellent.
I can use the repellent in a week or so.
I am looking forward to the day.
ドクダミにはたくさんの英名がありますが、
ハートの葉っぱ が好きです。
防虫剤用に庭のドクダミをたくさん切って瓶にホワイトリカーと共に
入れました。
一週間ほどで利用できるようです。楽しみです。

There are many many episodes in cartoon which will happen between
a little girl and a mother in this book.
この本には作者のお母さんとの数々の思い出が漫画で描かれています。
I immersed in memories of parenting reading this book, with tears.
My grownup daughter might come to know that a mother would be
great and hard from her experiences being a mother of a baby.
私はこの本を読みながら子育ての時代を思い出し涙しました。
子供を育てることで長女も母の大変さや偉大さを知るようになったでしょう。
On the last page, there were some messages from my elder
daughter which made me tear for a while.
この本の最後に書き込みページがあり、長女が書いたもので泣いて
しまいました。
Just have a look at a book shop. You may understand what I mean.

This is limited edition cookie can of Izumiya Confectionally.
The name of Izumiya reminds me some happening decades ago.
I worked as a part timer at the factory in Kawasaki city because
one of my friends couldn’t work there for 1 week.
I went there instead of her. That was fun to put sugared items on
donut shaped cookies on conveyor belt.
It was long time ago…
写真は泉屋の期間限定のクッキー缶、猫缶です。
泉屋というと思い出すことがあります。
友達の代わりに一週間だけ川崎の泉屋の工場で働いた事があるのです。
ベルトコンベアーに流れてくるドーナツ形のクッキーの上に
小さな砂糖部品を乗せていくのですが一週間だけだったので
楽しく感じていました。昔々のことですわ。。。

The above are part of lunch boxes which my elder daughter made
for her daughter 4 times a week for two years when she was in
a kindergarten.
She is now in a elementary school.
It’s not Kyaraben. It’s nutritionally balanced.
It might be fun but hard to make lunches every morning.
Her daughter loved the lunch very much.
My daughter is pondering to put all of the lunches on Instagram…
上の写真は娘が自分の娘のために作ったお弁当の一部です。
所謂キャラ弁ではないけれど、栄養満点のお弁当です！
週に4度2年間の弁当作りは終わり彼女の娘は卒園して今は小学生。
作るのは大変だったでしょうが、孫にとっては大好きなお弁当達だったとか。
娘はインスタに載せようかなあと言っておりました。

The Blue Impulse is a flight team of Japan Air
Self-Defense Force performing aerobatics in the sky.
ブルーインパルスは航空自衛隊のアクロバット飛行をする
ティームです。
The above jet plane is one of jets which drew
5 colour circles in the sky at the opening event of
Tokyo Olympic in 1964.
This plane was presented and placed in a park in
Mt. Hachimen by Lions Club of Nakatsu city.
上記のジェット機は1964年に開かれた東京オリンピックの
開会式で五輪の輪を空に描いたインパルスのジェット機の
一機です。
中津のライオンズクラブによって寄付され八面山のある場所に
設置されています。
